Fire Extinguished Before Arrival, Aftermath Captured On Scene

A suspicious fire erupted at a boarded-up apartment complex on 16th Avenue near Franklin Boulevard in Sacramento on [insert date], prompting a response from the Sacramento Fire Department just after 8 p.m.

Although the fire had been extinguished by the time I arrived, I was able to document the aftermath, showing damage to the structure and the ongoing concern over the building’s safety. This location has previously experienced multiple fires, adding to its reputation as a hazardous and unstable property.

Fire Department Interview Reveals Suspicious Cause

While on the scene, I interviewed a spokesperson from the Sacramento Fire Department, who confirmed that the fire’s cause is considered suspicious and is under investigation. The fire department took a cautious, methodical approach to extinguish the fire due to the structure’s condition.

Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
